INGREDIENTS:
30 grams of cucumber
½ oz of simple syrup
7 mint leaves
2 ½ oz Bacanora 42°
Thick frappe ice
PREPARATION:
Add the syrup and mint leaves to a glass of copper, mash without crumbling the mint. Add the Bacanora and stir with the syrup, mint and ice. Add ice as necessary so that the drink is very cold. Garnish with a vessel of leaves of mint with a slap so that it releases its aroma.
